- I guess someone understanding that during Christmas & New Years mail
- order companies/retail are their busiest ever is asking too much from
- some people. If your package was delayed, you should ask us to track the
- package or for the tracking number it self. Unfortunately we can not be
- responsible for the package when it is in the shippers hands, but we
- always eat shit for it. If a company ships 10,000's of packages a year,
- and 1% are delayed by the shipper , that's 100 people who deserve to
- ream us, to a point. But understand that we try our hardest and we LOVE
- the technology so if you think we are waiting at the other end of the
- phone just to screw you, then I'm sorry, don't deal with us. For every 1
- ream, there's 1000's of happy BCI customers and aquaintences.
